Itโs been a few years since Current (and before that, Kafka Summit) was in San Francisco, but here we areโon November 4 & 5 weโll be there, and Iโm excited to continue a tradition that started back in 2019 with a run over the Golden Gate Bridge.
This time round we also have some fancy swag from the kind folk at Lenses. If you want swag, you need to register for the run here. If you donโt want swag and just want to turn up, thatโs cool too.
Who? What? Where? When? ๐
-
Who: Anyone who would like to is very welcome :)
-
What: A 6.1k (3.8 miles) run or walk
-
Where: Meet at the Golden Gate Bridge Welcome Center in the car park
-
When: Wednesday, 4 November, 7:00 am.
-
Route: Itโll be hard to get lost ;)
Go at your own pace; this isnโt a race. You can run, or walk. Or skip, if you prefer.
If you Strava, feel free to join the Strava Club.
Cool, where do I register? ๐
Register at /dev/null ;-)
Or, if you want to collect some nice runnerโs swag from Lenses at the conference, register here.
This is an entirely unofficial, barely organised thing. Turn up and run, if you want. Donโt, if you donโt. Fully intend to, but sleep in from the jetlag and miss it, thatโs completely fine ๐
